Which wines await you in our wine bar?

Natural wine is cloudy, always different and never boring; with every sip, there are new facets to taste and experience.

Our selection is unique in Hamburg and challenges you to look beyond the boundaries of your own Pinot Gris preferences. In cultivating our wines, our approach to nature has embraced diversity rather than monoculture. From the vineyard to the cellar, we’ve returned to the origins of winemaking.

All of our roughly 750 wines are special in their own right. That’s why we find it hard to make a selection and put it online. Instead, we welcome you to our wine studio and guide you straight through the wines. See you!

Reese Fish Farm

Whole baked salmon trout 38,00 € p.P.

(700g – 800g raw weight)                … for 2 persons

Our salmon trout is served in the centre of the table to share with apple horseradish, fresh horseradish, spring salad and bread.

Our salmon trouts come from Reeses fish farm

The ponds in Sarlhusen, right in the heart of the Aukrug Nature Park, offerideal conditions for the natural rearing of Reese’s table fish. This ensures a particularly delicate flavour on the plate, combined with the utmost freshnessthanks to short transport distances.
